Here are four ways to nurture your marriage, improve your marriage, and affair proof your marriage!

1. If you want to have a great husband, be a great wife. Lead by example. Put 100 percent into your marriage every day. Ask yourself, "How can I make my marriage better today?" If you want your husband to be your good friend, be a good friend to him. If you want him to be loyal, show him by modelling that behavior yourself. Call him at work to tell him you love him; give him a hug when you know he is having a tough day; and don't flirt with others.  Reserve the flirting for him & him only.

2. Be his friend. You've got that covered, right? Maybe it's time to make sure you do. When was the last time you had a date night together? Have you taken a vacation alone for 2 or more nights in the last year? Have you turned off the television and asked how he was? Being a friend in a marriage means more than sharing a house or children together. It means listening to and spending time with your spouse. Give him that time. He will love you all the more.

3. Be his sexual fantasy. Actually, you've pretty much got this one covered. He would not have married you otherwise. We all put on a few pounds over the years and we tend to grow a few grey hairs. 1.  Enjoy Your Body.  No one's body is perfect, so why do you expect yours to be?  Take a look at all the good things about you and the body you are lucky to have.  Are you a great swimmer?  Congratulate your body on its swimming expertise.  Do you have skin that always burns and never tans?  Admire it for its milky-white, feminine appearance.  Are your legs a little thicker than the average person's?  Thank them for being strong and getting you where you want to go, when you want to go there.

2.  Give Back to Your Body.  Your body deserves to be pampered for all it does for you.  Treat it to a long bubble bath complete with candles, a good book, and a glass of your favorite wine (or sparkling grape juice or sparkling water with a squeeze of lime).  Other great options:  a relaxing facial; a manicure; or a professional massage (hopefully by some gorgeous masseur).

3.  Exercise.  Yes, surprisingly exercise lets you reconnect with your sexy self.  Exercise releases endorphins making you feel happy, positive, and ready for lovin'.  It also gives your body energy by revitalizing it.  Not sure how to start?  Try simply walking, swimming, or hiking 1/2 hour a day (after you get the go ahead from your doctor, of course).  Schedule it in every day for the next 2 weeks (to start) and you will notice the difference in your sexy mood and sexy self.

3.  Often gossip about your dating/breaking up with that person would circulate around your workplace.  Would that be something that would bother you to a great degree?

4.  If the relationship was a keeper, could you interact/work with this person on a daily basis during the ups and downs of the course of a normal relationship? 

The bottom line is really your career and job.  You need to feel comfortable enough in the workplace to produce quality work that will keep you in your job.  You also need to feel comfortable going to that workplace so that you are happy to go to the office ... not dreading facing an awkward, or even painful situation if things don't work out between you and your sexy co-worker.

Once you have answered these questions for yourself, you will be a lot more prepared going to that office Christmas party.  Smart - and possibly fun.
